Agrotourism operators often face increased workloads, long hours, and logistical pressures to meet customer expectations. To address this, they can implement strategies such as proactive planning, creating flexible work schedules, and providing stress-relief activities for staff, like mindfulness breaks amidst the fields or team-building exercises. By acknowledging the seasonal stressors and prioritizing employee well-being, operators ensure a healthier work environment, sustained employee morale, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences during demanding periods.
